Power words and how they can help you in network marketing
What are Power Words?
Power words are persuasive, emotional words that trigger a positive or negative response. They can make us feel scared, encouraged, aroused, angry, greedy, safe, or curious. Authors, copywriters, and content marketers use “power words” to spice up their content and compel audiences to take action.
So if your a network marketer , blogger or have your own website then power words are an amazing tool to have and learn .
The most powerful word is you, When creating an advert or writing a blog you need to change the “we” into “you”. When you continue saying we all the time it really sounds like your not interesting in who your trying to target but simply changing we to you makes it sound like your really interested in them.
When you are trying to sell people a solution, what you are really doing is evoking desire by making them imagine their best possible future with your solution
When you are trying to get them to take an action (like, share, subscribe, buy) what you are really doing is making them think and hopefully take action.
When you are trying to get people to click and read your article, what you are really doing is evoking curiosity that they cant help but click that link and read that piece.
When you are trying to get someone to agree with you, what you are really doing is trying to feel empathy so they see your point of view.
So draft yourself 3 simple steps
Think of the action you want your prospect to take (e.g. like, share, read, subscribe, comment, buy etc.)
Think of what emotional state you want to create for that that action (e.g. curious, relaxed, fearful, inspired etc.)
Choose some of the words from the lists a, going to give you and place them throughout your blog, fb post etc.

- Secret agenda
- Secret plot
- Off-the record
- No one talks about
- Missing Out
- Left behind
- Most Important
- Strongly agree/ recommend
- Strongly suggest
- Instant Savings
Obviously I cant give you them all or I would be here all night lol, but this is a great list to get you started.
Let me give you a couple of examples of how you can use power words and change sentences
“Could you make the change from your current supplier to us?”
Well, that is just a question and your prospect could just as easily say
“No ! I can’t.”
“How could you make the change from your current supplier to us ?”
Sounds better, right?

Once you have used our product for few weeks you will hopefully notice the difference
After you use our product you’ll understand it’s many benefits.
Once you incorporate these words that sell into your sales language and use them for a month you’ll be amazed at how much better your sales will change..
Power words are amazing and can change a quiet business into a booming business.
